ImO if anyone wants to create RP in X-3043 (or in any system except New York and Arena) he/she has the chance to do it. Cop ask fine, pirate ask tax, merc waits for bounty or a hire... All please use your fantasy/brains to create RP which fits to your role. My 2 cents.

Ok, anyone can call me dumb, but I still don't see the purpose closing X. If pirates sit there and fight against each other they are clear target for police or hired mercs. And what about the freelancer police and freelancer mercenaries? Not only clans exist. Search them, collect them into group, give them a common objective...just use your imagination please (as I mentioned before).

There are as many mercs around as police and pirates together. Experienced police officers have to set up his team against pirates if they want fun. Some effort can effect much fun.

Purchasing a licence means nothing without RP knowledge. Where are the few experienced who can teach newcomers, answer their questions in-game...and now I not mean recruiting. We need some who can explain and organize some so called unofficial events.
