    hmm maybe the keys aren't right also bare in mind if you have two ids with an account per id so the following id/account&id/account you will need to change id's when you want to use them.Also export your Freelancer id from your windows registry from your old PC this is is pretty straight forward, open up regedit go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\1.0.
