Quick question, If GR's were only ones able to change a chars name....would that mean that only Server clans had the chance to do such? I guess that wouldn't much be fair to other clans

At times I have seen lack of GR's around on the server....but I do see the point of what Micheal said in that post. Not that my opinion matters but I do think there are people that would appreciate that type of feature and if implemented well, it could be a nice thing.
