    I myself have win7 home 64bit and CF works just fine My FL install directory is on non system disk and all works good. Not needed to do any special downloads. One small hint after you install it correctly. Check this thread, it can help you to see some special objects in space: here p.s.: first should be installed FL, next FLMM and after this CF, activation CF and it should work.
