Whenever I try to join the CF server, I keep getting this screen: While Windows Firewall seemingly tried to block me out of the server at first, I later gave it permission. I still get an empty server screen. I also tried to use a fresh FLID. No luck. Any advice I could use? I'm wondering if I screwed up my install (again) and have to do it all over again...

Ok, I reinstalled it, only this time with antivirus partially off (AVG is near impossible to completely turn off) and firewall off. And yet, I get the same thing when I get to the server screen. No servers load up. Not to mention CF downloaded the multiplayer files on the launch screen very sluggishly (normally, it would take 5 seconds, now its taking about a minute). For the record, my uninstall/reinstall process has been uninstall FL, then uninstall CF/FLMM, reboot, reinstall FL, and reinstal…

Somewhat good news, everyone! I managed to follow Marauder's installation instructions (somehow ) and replaced the GLS server address in the freelancer.ini file, so everything's running fine and dandy. ...if a bit slower than I'd like.
