So now.... I undock.....can't hit cop'ers flying around because theres a time delay? (Is feature to protect people?) Can't get tax because all guy has to do is hug planet which renders the cm's useless. Thisa is getting rediculous!!!

Problem is that a train leaving station has 10 secs that cds do no good. Basically you can't stop a trader that you chased half way around the universe because he docks then takes off without you being able to stop him. Edit....I thought most players would band together against someone who was intentionally "dockraping" anyways. I've always been of the opinion that that stuff doesn't have boundries of specific clan as well. My bad.
