Hello kilroy, you have two options: 1) move ship near entry tube and wait until npc (or ask another player) will dock. this will open doors and you can fly to space 2) move ship to wall and use missiles,torps, mines for destroy your ship ... you will respawn docked. first variant need little patience but works. update ... or I think GR (galaxy ranger) can kill you via console and you respawn docked (unconfirmed)
