No - actually he is the leader of the CSF and not a representative. He is there to lead the troops. And normally there is nothing to talk between both sides (leaders)... You have the systems, you have the rules, fight and win and loose - voila thats all. And dont interfere in the business of others! That has nothing to do with incompetence.
