For years we always thought the limit was 100 , am I to understand this is not the case? CFPD stores have always remained under that number and have had no issues to my knowledge.

It's quite possible there is a larger issue going on, rather than focusing on the char limits with equipment. People losing large amount of credits at random ( like my train for being stuck in cinema ) is happening more often. We may be looking at the wrong thing and trying to correct something that isn't broken as all of us IT guys know, the common sense and possibly logical answer isn't always correct.
