Ok here´s one for all our lawyers: According to the RP rules all chars under lv 40 are out of the Rp.Another rule says every char of a clan member must wear the according Rp license. So is a clan tagged char with a mounted license under lv 40 out of the Rp? P.S.: Btw I just recalled the RP rules from my memory cuz I couldn´t find them, if I´m wrong please correct me.
