I am redoing the SP again and also have found that the NPCs aren't using Nanos and Bats as much, but that might be in the begining stages of SP and as you progress they might use them more.Also I have found abit of a difference from doing the Mission for pods and cash that they use them abit more then when doing the Mission storyline.
