Good, I only can give you now advice to use always MISSION SAVE when you have problem. It looks that autosaves and saves during mission can be 'bugged'. Also if is mission patched, then you need play it from start (mission save) bcs only in this case are all missions triggers launched as they should.

its 'little' offtopic but it happen bcs Juni is attacked by normal spawned NPC (her affilation is enemy with coalition). So scripted NPCs do not attack, normal yes. And yes, was asked before if is possible change this ... (if yes, then for sure it need alot work)
