I can confirm that CF_Information chars have been an Inter-Clan Agreement since CF 1.7. Every clan had those chars at the time it was confirmed. TRF had one too. Its purpose was to have a kind of char that newcomers might recognize if they start at the server. People who know the mod and guide the newcomers.
