what connection you use? (wifi,cable,....) I play MP for two years and not heard such thing. If you cannot use sytem chat it mean that your connection to server is lost or temporary lost, dunno why. But other players do not have report something similar. Maybe you are accessing net via proxy with more ppl? ... in 1.9 you can encounter cloaked player but I think this is not this case. p.s.: have you running any torrent or similar thing in background?

Few weeks ago I had duel in Arena with one PX. Suddenly message appear that I killed another PX. In first moment I think missile hit mistakenly some other and I want apology ... when I received info that killed is in Alaska ... I totally forget about this, it happened only once.
