As I was informed in game that I needed to be possably higher in rank, But looking on the forum I have searched and found only basic information about the ASF and CSF being hostil with one another, but no information about applications or level of char. As I said I have done a search on the forum but found little information. I have however done as was sujested and created a char for the side I want to be apart of and am waiting to speak with someone about more info in game.
