As far as i know the hta file just reads out the ID from the registry. Thus if the registry does no longer contain the ID it cannot be displayed.I dont think there is a way to get your ID back. Eventually if you use the same game, on the same PC as before with the same windows - you will get the same ID back. I once had this behaviour. But most likely you have to start all over again. But i may be wrong and there is a way...
