Hello ivanamerson760, ... cloak offer player tactical advantage, not assure he will be invincible. Sometimes is good ask first about expensive thing as learn hard way by yourself (was enough to ask here or little search). And for sure is more systems (except Venn ) where you can get crystals, you need only explore little more.

I assembled cloak just few minutes ago .. 3 parts unequipped, 200M on hand .. undocked and when docked device was assembled (100M assembly costs).
