I have to agree with you, took me forever to finally be able to install and play 1.82. What I did after many attempts Removed everything and rebooted the computer. then, installed Freelancer, reboot the computer. Installed FMM 1.31, reboot the computer. opened 1.82, reboot the computer. Using FMM, activate Crossfire 1.82, reboot the computer. I have Window XP and I finally manage to get it to work.
