That's the big ship base thing in Dervon. For some reason, at times it displays a texture of a planet, and not the actual ship base thing. For instance, when I went in there today, I could see it. Maybe someting to do with the Detail settings that makes it display differently. From what I gathered, the ship thingy is modeled from a base file of a planet.
