I totally disagree with the GR not making announcements for clan recruiting. As SP I made such announcements for any clan when they requested I do so and it was quite effective. Unless Op says otherwise, it's a proven tool that works to get people into clans. And while I understand of not giving a token privilege to "unofficial" clans, I would suggest we act in concert and get people into official and unofficial clans or we will not succeed.
