uuhmm no bnet has a match making system that pairs you with equally skilled opponents (at least for most of the time...) so if you are gold league it pairs you with people from gold leage... if you are on a losing streak it pairs you together with someone who is top silver... if you are on a winning streak it pairs you together with someone from lower platinum league etc. try it (oh and skip the stupid practice league... useless)
