Some of these clans are not official (i.e not renting any system), that is why they do not appear in any list (I would say anyway).The new clans (Synergy for instance) who do are official now will probably be updated with CF1.9 I would assume. Try to contact those "clans" directly (in game or PM) if you are looking for info (if they recruit or not, what they do, etc...).
