No, forum recruiting never works. Even if ppl are interested, they are too scared to ask, or they are just too shy. Solution? Talk to active freelancers online. Ask if they are interested in joining some clan, if your clan suits them, and if they wanna be part of it. Most of them join you, and then disappear.. Or leave to some other clan. But still, it's a best way to get some fresh blood. Just dont recruit every lvl18 newb like SoA did.
