Here is a tip . When installing mouse drivers and the mouse buttons don't seem to work in Freelancer, STOP the mouse software from running and start freelancer again. This may solve the problem. On windows 7 X64 and Latest Intellipoint software from Microsoft, Freelancer does not recognise buttons 3,4,5,etc. Going into Control panel and killing the intellipoint program from running, allows Freelancer to pick up ALL the mouse buttons and you can assign them.
