Arrow you are police saving mankind, just go and save some of the new players from pirates taxing them before you are going to save the whole galaxy. If Pirates can tax them you didn´t do your Job well, did you? How long can you kill a target on lvl 40 until it is bankrupt? Easy way for those - avoid being catched by the pirates or police.
