Yes, the Redemption, aka "The CFPD NPC blaster" is a great ship to take down NPCs, it's a very powerful, well armed (even stock), prohibitively rather expensive though and it's a rather large VHF.(i.e. it's a big target, therefore near worthless in PvP) Ask Gunny, CBass or Michael about getting one, unless the Dragon Corps already have a treaty agreement regarding them.
