That's easy Cro, just go to New York near planet Manhatten and greet n00bs, help them out, show them around, answer any questions they have as best you can. Handing out some extra cash to them if they are struggling pretty hard against NPCs is a nice thing to do too. I do it every once in a while I'm in New York and I have nothing pressing I need done.
