not to be offensive....but 2 things1) I notice many richy riches...now only putting small amounts of cash on their fighter chars .....I guess this means that I would only be able to tax 500k - 1mil.......while they move all cash to chars they keep in home systems? This seems ludicrous 2) rules are to be broken Just saying, how about trying to keep perspective
