when FL shows yellow/red lag icons it's in no way related to graphic lag btw... no matter what settings you get on the display it wont help the network lag...

updating my Cisco router's firmware and rebooting the little device cleared my lag... be sure to reboot your router from time to time it appearently helps greatly !
