Actually this is a very good idea to create an "elite" group, and it may "motivate" new DC membersto practice their skills and become better in order to receive this "distinction" (if that's how you haveit imagined?). SA does have a wing for special operations, although it seems it does not have same purpose.But will be very nice to see some cooperations between our two clans in any case!
