    Is your PSU fan working all the time or cutting out? How about your CPU fan? What you described sounds like an over-heating problem. CPU's are designed to shut the system down with a fail-safe temperature monitor in order to prevent the damage of over-heating. If you weren't overclocking your CPU then I would immediately rule that component out, same goes for the memory. 650watt PSU is nothing as far as power is concerned, since the PSU and motherboard are designed to regulate the watts or amps…

    Start----run----- type eventvwr. Goto the systems pull down on the left and look for all the red-x warnings. Some are normal believe it or not, but the critical error will be in there. post the screens here or email them to me of the critical errors.

    I have 64 bit win7 ultimate and I have zero problems with any 32 bit or 64 bit programs or hardware for that matter. So its not the fault of the OS, its the fault of the user in most cases for not selecting the correct drivers OR not doing their homework on their hardware before hand. DW is correct, 32 bit win7 does not support multi-core processors that well, although it will, but very limited.
