i can take this proposal to the Leaders board and we can give names of the 15 best PvPers we know and then randomize the list... after 2 or 3 weeks it will become a real display of the best fighters out there. wouldnt it be simpler to let a screenshot be the judge ? including : timestamp + challenger and defender agreeing to the fight + result. Then an EM could gather up the 15 results everyweek and update the blacklist. And if we are to make it like NFS:MW, why not let the defender pick the location of his choice (often in his turf) ?
