Trading in and of itself generates RP. Or it should, IMHO. Who else are pirates going to tax? People flying killing machines? Anyone in a big assed freighter is gonna be part of RP. Especially if they're hauling goods. Trader isn't an RP type, but they still participate. Just ask TWC!
