I guess, but may be wrong, that you mean the launcher icon that goes on the desktop. Mine is in C:/Program Files/Swat/Exe - in there is the Swat launcher icon, I created shortcut, then cut and pasted to desktop - all works. FD

Ok, do you have the Swat Icon on your desktop ?If not, look in your Swat .Exe folder, look for the Crossfire icon, right click on it, create shortcut, cut and paste to desktop. Double click to start Crossfire. FD
