Try and provide a bit more info...what OS? what anti-virus? Shouldnt have to "disable" firewall. Did you try re-installing? Where you having pc issues before this happened? What screen resolution are you trying to play game....maybe your vid card doesn't support it? I'm not expert...just throwing some stuff out there...maybe it helps
