Mining locations in Altair and IC are unposted and unknown to probably everyone but you. Just sayin'. Seriously, though. Sounds like an interesting idea if people knew where to mine. I'll look in to it.

The thing about Altair and IC, though, is that you can't moor with a train anywhere except Murmansk. Kinda makes it not viable unless OP adds moors to Coaly and DK stations. I bet that's coming, though.
