The Crossfire server does not use Punkbuster for cheat detection. Peerblock eh? Well, to be honest, it's only going to eat up system resources while in-game and you especially won't be able to monitor it very effectively if you're playing FL/CF in fullscreen. If you've got a good software or hardware firewall, just leave that on and don't worry about Peerblock IMHO.
