I agree with the mooring part in Coalition - with their fleets having so many capital vessels, it's kinda funny only Murmansk has mooring ability. Plus, with the extra moors, the whole area would be adaptable to harvest the asteroid fields for resources, trading in Altair would be increased (or started, depending how you view it), so the whole thing would be decentralized from Sirius...

There are routes there from time to time... Even to some DK bases! But yeah, nothing practical in the long run...
