So what the OP is saying is that it takes you out of the game experience? It makes you notice that it's there? Makes you read whatever the hell it is? ....... Mission accomplished? The point of it being there is that you're supposed to notice it, take note of what it says, and follow the rules. It prevents people from pleading ignorance to the rules that they're thinking about breaking. Deal with it.
