Sure it needs more manpower - but either we do something to fill the server with people and animate them to stay there a while or a while longer or we see them coming and going... Those chars could share the load - so that a char keeps online for 15 or 30 minutes than the next half an hour no one and then a next one and and and... Just an idea.
