We never recruited that wildly, Bond, and I'm fairly certain SA-s didn't too - not a cool thing to generalize like that. Recruitment doesn't have to be instant - a player can be an initiate into a clan. We did that all the time, worked pretty good. If the user wants to join after he sees how things are in that RP and clan, tag him.

I have no idea, we don't do anything in particular. We like our clan, and the game, and how we work, so people are inspired to come back to the game. But, we do have our share of older inactive members, but they know they're always welcome back.
