Well i think the first thing i always look into is PASSION. I recruit ppl with a great passion for this game and ppl that like our RP and way of doing things (Read our Member Gudie if you want to know about it). oh i forgot, you need to FAIL few times before getting it all good... SA is my first clan on CF but not my first ever try... I spent about 10 years trying to organize a strong group on various occasions (games or RL) but only now it has succeeded (if i can use this word... nothing lasts forever so i better shut up !)
