    Hello SpaceDuster! One of the licences is for your primary RP (police/pirate/mercenary/smuggler) and the second one is for ASF/CSF, and as such combination can be mounted normally (ie. mercenary + CSF, or police + ASF).You should ask GRs or clan members for ASF/CSF licence, but read first about that conflict and then decide which side to take. Mounting two licences of different RPs (like police & mercenary, or pirate & smuggler) is not allowed.
