Hosting is not the problem, time is. Say, 10 racers, 3 annoyers, and a good 2 hours.So rewards should be set accordingly, those inspire participation.And of course, early warning, ie. notification.

You're good, but not that good. What I do need from you is about 300-500 million from one of your EMs. Now, annoyers' primary purpose would be to slow down the racers. If racers team up, they should have little to no problem passing through any obstacle, NPC or player alike. Team tactics would play an important part in this.

Information on events pops up often, however at times an EM can't host an event due to RL obligations. If EMs notified this via universe shout, say, a day earlier, and an hour earlier, it'd be cool.OP said he'd think about giving universe chat ability to EMs, so let's leave it at that. OP, do nomads normally drop their guns now? Do I schedule a Nomad Hunt on thursday? Also - on scheduling events in the Calendar - the time you enter in the event start is actually your local time (it works that way to me). So take into account the time difference between you and the server. (If I set an event at 21:00 server time, I have to put in 22:00 in the event start to get it right. I'm happy to report that EM Shockwave is now a battle-ready, shielded and armored Shroud with a neat addition to handle annoying people (not exactly Launcher That Shoots Michael Bays, but Coalition Torpedo should do the trick). There's still about 500 million on the EM char, so I have it for a few weeks, at the present rate. I'll transfer additional 100 or so millions from Red Dwarf today, just in case.

As far as I know, EM chars are clan independent. That's why we got a hefty start budget from OP in the first place.
