I'm not OP Uncle, but yea, completely normal. The DK's loyality to you once you have earned it via the GMG quest is higher than the Nomads, therefore Nomads are flagged as red to the DK. (which is greatly welcomed there sometimes when a large Nomad wing or Nomad cap ships show up)
