I am not sure if this is due to Antivirus, but in case,in Avast make sure to have Freelancer and FLMM folders excluded from scan(also those folders properties must not be set on "read-only") Protection -> Files -> Advanced settings -> Exclusions - then set the paths to those folders.(not sure about proper title names translation, but should be more or less this ^^)
