    look in the table of characters in windows (Arial Unicode MS)... you should find a code when you click a character like : ALT+248 that will give : ø.... is that what you seek ? its very useful to write TANGO's name : Nicolás Salvador Cañones

    oh well for changing the mapping of your keys one by one..... that i have no idea !!! Sry ! May be you could try to find if its possible to create custom keyboard language/regionnal setting.... Then you could modifiy the mapping you normally use and change a few keys to get, let say, a "ñ" when you hit the key "Altcar+n".... But stilli have no knowledge about this its only a supposition....
