thx, I killed 10+ cops in New Tokyo but my rep with Blood Dragons have not changed !!!! Am i missing something?Unfortunately my rep with the Junkers is pretty bad so I cant land in their bases

thank you all for the useful suggestions, Im playing multiplayer and basically did the char transfer thing. It worked well. This forum makes the game a lot more fun, once again thanks for all your help
