sorry, i have written and use the launcher with XP and i do not intend to buy another OS, unless i will eventually decide to go for a new machine... if ur OS is 64 bit, then try to use compatibility mode ... maybe a player with successful installation of CF on Win7 can help here?

the launcher is the freelancer.exe - so here we r and need someone with a running CF on Win7...

please try to register that msinet.ocx from the CF installation, that is located in the freelancer path (.../Microsoft Games/Freelancer/EXE/msinet.ocx)
