No, NSIS is the installer Crossfire uses. Antivirus won't pick a file out of the compressed files inside the setup. Your download is corrupt that is all. Redownload and maybe use a download manager to ensure a complete download.

I'll try it with some AV's and find out. But it seems very unlikely. It's possible for it to do it when the files are being extracted, but not sure to it doing it during download as the installer won't be complete enough even to be run.
